In-Office Hearing Tests

Our state-of-the-art sound booth provides the most accurate evaluation of your hearing abilities. This allows us to determine the type and degree of hearing loss and recommend hearing aids that are tailored to your needs. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to meet our fantastic team in person.

At-Home Screening

Can’t come into the office? Ask us about our at-home hearing screening tool. It’s an easy first step to determine whether a full in-office evaluation is necessary. Just give us a call, and we’ll walk you through how it works.

Hearing Aid Consultations & Adjustments

Remote Support & Troubleshooting

Many modern hearing aids allow for remote programming and adjustments. If your devices aren’t working as expected, call us and describe the issue. We’ll help you troubleshoot remotely or schedule an in-person or virtual appointment if needed.

In-Office Fittings & Adjustments

Fittings ensure your hearing aids deliver clear, comfortable sound. During your in-person visit, we’ll check the fit, sound quality, and fine-tune the programming. If needed, we also offer remote adjustments for added convenience.

Hearing Aid Repairs

Having problems with your devices? We’re here to help.

  • Step 1: Call or text us and describe the issue.

  • Step 2: We’ll try to resolve it remotely or book a repair appointment.

  • Step 3: If necessary, we’ll guide you through using our mail-in repair service.

Some issues can be resolved the same day in our office. For more complex repairs, we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer and may offer a loaner device while yours is being serviced.
